HAWKINS FAMILY TAKE MONEY
Nick Hawkins defeated Danny Hawkins in the final to win Keynsham’s open snooker event on Sunday 29 January.
In earlier matches the ever consistent Nick Hawkins scored wins over Jordan Partridge, Mark Vincent, Steve Weaver, Thomas Lancastle, Kurtis Weaver and Gary Ko.
To reach the final Danny Hawkins scored wins over Colin Streams, Darren Thomas, Hechen Luan, Chris Scott and Paul Smart.
LEWIS HATTON WINS JUNIOR SNOOKER
Lewis Hatton fought his way through a record number of entries to win Keynsham’s junior snooker event on Saturday 28 January.
In earlier matches Hatton also scored wins over Aaron Burgess, Josh Hicks, Mitchell Hooper and in the semi final Adam Smith.
REVENGE WIN FOR SAM STREAMS
Sam Streams gained revenge for a thrashing in last week’s final when defeating Adam Smith 5-4 to win junior pool event also played on Saturday 28 January.
In earlier matches Sam Streams also defeated George Marsh, Sam Bryant, Harry Smith, Aaron Matharu and in the semi final Adam Shovelton.
